My new haircut

Here's a self portrait of me after I got my haircut at Dearinger's salon this afternoon. I took this picture right after I got home. It probably won't look the same in a few hours.

Oh, as for the earthquake, everything is fine.

Palo Verde Wash

I went out walking into the Palo Verde Wash in the Anza-Borrego Badlands. I had lots of car trouble, but I was able to shoot some nice photos which I will post over the next week or so. Here's a photo of me on the road about a mile and a half or so from Highway 22.

I did this photo for my Christmas cards. It's basically a combo of a digital photo and a film photo, both of which I took myself. I used an oilify filter on gimp for the shirt.

I thought I'd put another picture of me up. This was taken last January in Hellhole Canyon in the Anza-Borrego Desert State Park.

I am nearly finished with my Wetcanvas project and will start working on the running horses, soon. I will probably post my next one for that WIP on Sunday or Monday at the latest, possibly sooner.

Happy Birthday To Me!

Today is my birthday and as a gift to myself, I will not be working on any art or photo project. I am taking the day off. I hope everyone else here has a good day.
