My new haircut

Here's a self portrait of me after I got my haircut at Dearinger's salon this afternoon. I took this picture right after I got home. It probably won't look the same in a few hours.

Oh, as for the earthquake, everything is fine.

I did this photo for my Christmas cards. It's basically a combo of a digital photo and a film photo, both of which I took myself. I used an oilify filter on gimp for the shirt.

Happy Birthday To Me!

Today is my birthday and as a gift to myself, I will not be working on any art or photo project. I am taking the day off. I hope everyone else here has a good day.

OOB Photo for Today.

I was going to do a number 3, but I saw people playing with OOB (Out of Bounds) photos, so I thought I should try it. I picked a picture that was a little too complicated for a first timer, so things like shadows, etc, do not look quite right. But, I hope you enjoy it.
